赖志辉，博士，现任深圳大学计算机科学与软件工程学院教授，博士生导师。赖志辉分别于2002年，2007年和2011年分别获得华南师范大学数学理学学士学位，暨南大学理学硕士学位，以及模式识别和智能系统博士学位。 他曾是中国哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院生物计算研究中心的博士后研究员。 自2010年以来，他一直是香港理工大学的研究员，博士后研究员和研究员。 他发表了100余篇学术论文，其中30篇在IEEE Transactions上发表论文。
